Terms and Conditions

• Prices per person per night listed on the rates page are calculated on a full-occupancy (12-person), seven-night stay.
• While we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out dates, we prefer weekend check-ins. Many businesses are closed on Sunday, making it difficult to shop, so we strongly recommend Saturday check-ins.
• Reservations are for check-ins after 3pm on the date of arrival and are for seven nights, with check-out by 11am on the eighth morning. An example: if you check-in on Saturday after 3pm, check-out is the following Saturday by 11am.
• Included in the price are all of the amenities described on the website, including check-in and check-out maid service.
• Additional maid service, chef service, and other services are provided by third party companies and individuals. While we are happy to provide recommendations or to arrange these services on your behalf, we are not responsible for the quality of these services, and these services are not included in the rental rate.
• The jetted spa described is not heated in the rental rate as listed. To turn on heat to the jetted spa, an additional deposit may be required.
• As in any situation, swim at your own risk! Lifeguards are not provided on the private beach or in the swimming pool at Cayman del Sol.
• We strongly recommend the use of inflatible life vests when in or near the water, and scuba training prior to scuba diving.
• A valid passport is required for all guests entering Grand Cayman.
